Products

We sell physical hardware products. Product descriptions and specifications are provided on individual product pages. Images are for illustration purposes only.

Some products may be refurbished or graded. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe and Klarna. Payment plans are subject to approval by the provider.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Ownership of goods remains with Xenn Gaming until payment has been received in full.

Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. Eligible consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
